International Orders
Which countries do we accept orders from?
CowParade is pleased to accept orders from and ships to most every country, including Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand, and most countries in Asia and Africa. Please contact us if you do not see your country in the drop down menu at checkout and we will assist you with an order to your country.
International Shipping with United States Postal Service.
CowParade ships with the United States Postal Service (USPS). We offer USPS priority international, which provides delivery to your country in 4-6 days. It may take several more days and up to an additional week to arrive to you, depending on the speed of your country’s postal service and customs department.
*Shipping charges do NOT include customs fees, import taxes or duties imposed by your country.
Customs Duties and Taxes.
The shipping charges you pay CowParade do not include customs fees, import taxes or duties. Your order will be charged customs fees (taxes, duties) by your country when the package arrives. We have no control over these fees. The fees are assessed by your government.
If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will returned to CowParade and we may be charged for customs fees and/or return shipping costs. We will deduct the amount of any such fees from any refund due to you.
Note Regarding Orders to Canada. We previously used UPS Ground to ship to Canada, but have decided to change our service to the United States Postal Service. This may result in slightly slower ground service due to Canada Post’s thorough customs procedures, but the customs fees will be reduced by eliminating the costly brokerage fees of private carriers like UPS.
